Like in "It's way better to be predator than prey"? And if everybody went predatorial, then what? ;)

I'm not sure about this quote. I get the courageous/brave and cowardice concept, but it's also making out that one life is more inferior. I dunno, maybe I'm over analysing it.

Although, now I think of it, Lions aren't particularly brave or courageous. Just powerful and at the top of the food chain.

I love this quote. But I hate when people interpret it as "Ooh you died just to look cool." No! That's not at all what it means. So let me enlighten all the haters/Trolls out there.

The "one day as a lion" refers to dying as a hero, for some heroic cause, say, protecting your family from a burglar. The lion is courageous, and dies for something right. The "lamb", the small, baby sheep, represents the coward that chooses not to act.

So please, dear haters, THINK before you SPEAK.

What mindless unthinking macho bullshit. I'd rather live a thousand years as a sheep, a skunk, or even a slug than for a single day as anything. Especially if thats as some ego-driven competitive unenlightened douche who thinks this quote is "fhukin badass".

Block me if you like, it changes nothing. Only shows that you're a coward as well as a fool. So much for being as the lion, you sheepish puss.

I don't understand, if the sheep doesn't die for a thousand years, why would anyone only want to live a single day?

The sheep fears for it's life in all that time though. While a lion does not. (I would think at least)

Depends on where the sheep is though. I'd think if it were on a mountainside terrace it would have a pretty chill thousand years
